    • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

    • The item must be returned with all original packaging (e.g., tags, wrapping, etc.) intact.

    • Products that have been personalized or custom-made are non-returnable unless defective.

  3. Return Shipping Fee:

    • Return Fee: The customer is responsible for the return shipping fee, which is a flat rate of 30,000 VND. This fee will be deducted from the refund if applicable.

    • If the return is due to an error on our part or a product defect, we will cover the return shipping fee.

Refund Policy

    • Defective or Damaged Products: If your item arrives damaged or is defective due to a manufacturing fault, you are eligible for a full refund. Refunds will be processed within 7 days from the date we receive the returned item.

    • Wrong Product Sent: If the product you received does not match your order, you will be eligible for a full refund upon return of the item.

    • Once we receive the returned product and confirm it meets the conditions for a refund, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method.

    • Items that are used, washed, or damaged by the customer after receipt will not be eligible for a refund.

How to Return an Item:

Exceptions:

  • Sale Items: Products bought on sale or with promotional discounts are non-refundable unless they are defective.

  • Custom or Personalized Items: As noted earlier, custom or personalized items cannot be returned or refunded unless they have a manufacturing defect.
