Return Window:
Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

Eligible Return Conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

  • Custom-made or personalized toys are non-returnable, unless defective or damaged on arrival.

Return Shipping Fee:

  • Standard Return: A flat fee of 30,000 VND applies. This will be deducted from your refund.

  • Our Error or Defect: If the return is due to a mistake on our end or a product defect, we will cover the full return cost.

💰 Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility:

  • Damaged or Defective Items: Full refund available for items with manufacturing defects or those damaged during shipping.

  • Incorrect Items: Received the wrong toy? We’ll issue a full refund upon return of the product.

Refund Process:

  1. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will approve the refund if it meets return conditions.

  2. Refunds will be issued within 7 business days to your original payment method.

  3. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a verified issue caused by Anisew.

Non-Refundable Cases:

  • Used, damaged, or washed items after delivery

  • Custom or personalized toys unless defective

  • Sale or Clearance Items: Non-refundable unless faulty.

  • Custom/Personalized Products: Non-returnable unless there’s a clear manufacturing defect.
