Fixed shipping fee: 30,000 VND. The shipping fee will be clearly stated when you check out your order.

All orders will be processed and prepared within 24 hours. Please note that this preparation time is separate from the shipping time.

  • Within the city: Delivery time is 1 to 2 business days.

  • Out of city or other provinces: Delivery time is 1 to 3 business days.

Note: Delivery times may vary depending on factors such as delivery address, product availability, and external factors (e.g., weather conditions, holidays, etc.).

  1. Shipping Methods

We use reliable shipping services from partners like Viettel Post, Giao Hàng Tiết Kiệm, VNPost, etc., to ensure that your order reaches the correct address in the shortest time possible.

  1. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a tracking code so you can monitor the delivery status through the shipping partner’s system. You can track the delivery status by entering the tracking number on the shipping service’s website.

  1. Shipping Incident Policy

  • Damage during shipping: If the product is damaged during shipping, please notify us immediately within 14 days of receiving the item. We will ask you to provide pictures of the damaged product so we can resolve the issue quickly.

  • Lost items: If your order is lost during shipping, we will contact the shipping partner to resolve the issue. If the product cannot be recovered, we will either issue a refund or send a replacement, depending on your preference.

  1. Return and Exchange Policy

  • Return policy: If you are not satisfied with the product you received, you may request to return it within 14 days from the date of receipt. The product must be in its original condition and unused.

  • Return shipping fee: The return shipping fee is 30,000 VND, unless the product is defective or not as ordered.
